Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Celesium AI LLC (“Celesium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Vigilarx (the Service”), available at vigilarx.com. Celesium is located at 6222 Richmond Ave, Suite 170, Houston, TX 77057.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information we process when you use the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control. Where you use the Service on behalf of an organization, that organization’s agreement with us governs, and this Policy describes our practices as its service provider.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. Account details (such as name and email address), content you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”), support communications, and, where paid plans apply, billing information processed by our payment provider.

Information collected automatically. Log and usage data such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Error and diagnostic data. When the application encounters an error, limited technical diagnostic information (such as error messages, stack traces, and environment details) is captured to help us diagnose and fix problems. Our error-monitoring provider is configured so that personally identifiable information is not captured in error reports.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
  • authenticate users and manage accounts;
  • process the inputs you submit in order to produce the outputs and features you request;
  • diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues and monitor performance;
  • communicate with you about the Service, including transactional and support messages;
  • where applicable, process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security, and legal issues; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Customer Content to train our own foundation models.

4. AI Processing

When you use features powered by artificial intelligence, the content you submit is transmitted to our AI model provider, Anthropic, PBC, and processed through the Claude API solely to generate the output you request. Under our commercial API terms, Anthropic does not use this content to train its models, and we do not use your Customer Content to train our own models.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers (subprocessors). We share information with third parties that process data on our behalf to host and operate the Service, subject to appropriate contractual protections. The current list is on our Subprocessors page.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
  • With your direction. We share information when you instruct us to, such as when you connect a third-party integration.

6. Subprocessors

We rely on the third-party providers listed on our Subprocessors page to deliver the Service. Each subprocessor is engaged under terms that require it to protect the data it processes and to use it only to provide services to us.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer Content is retained for the life of your account and deleted in the ordinary course following account closure, subject to backup cycles and legal requirements. Diagnostic and log data are retained for a limited period consistent with operational and security needs.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@celesium.ai. We will respond consistent with applicable law. You may also update account information directly in the Service and opt out of non-essential communications.

10. International Users

We operate in the United States, and the Service and its subprocessors process data in the United States and potentially other countries. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means and update the “Last updated” date above.
