Subprocessors

To provide Vigilarx (the “Service”), Celesium AI LLC engages the third-party service providers listed below (each a “subprocessor”). Each subprocessor processes data only as needed to provide services to us and is engaged under terms that require appropriate confidentiality and security protections. This page reflects the subprocessors that support Vigilarx specifically.

Notes
- Error monitoring. Our error-monitoring configuration is set to avoid capturing personally identifiable information in error reports; only technical diagnostic data is collected.
- AI processing. Content you submit for processing is sent to our AI model provider solely to generate the outputs and features you request. It is not used by that provider to train its models under our commercial API terms.
Changes to this List
We may add or replace subprocessors as the Service evolves. When we make a material change, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Where required, we will provide advance notice through the Service or by other reasonable means so that customers may review the change.
